(A) The efficiencies of steam ejectors with many nozzle holes set circlewise in a plane at the end of an ordinary aozzle are determined by experiments.
(1) For a higher efficiency it is desirable to use parallelly steam ejectors with a nozzle and a diffuser.
(2) The more nozzle holes we make, circlewise, in the block of a steam ejector with one diffuser, the higher efficiencies of the steam ejector can be secured.
(B) To increase the mixing effect, star-type section nozzles are fixed to a steam ejector with an ordinary diffuser. The efficiency of a steam ejector with a circular section nozzle and an ordinary diffuser cannot be promoted by the increase of mixing effect at the boundary region of jet stream in a mixing chamber at low steam pressures.
