By cystographic study in pregnancy and also in uterine and ovarian tumor, the following results have been obtained:
1) The typical dish-like shadow of the bladder is seen already in the first half of pregnancy and it tends to become gradually more prominent in the 2nd half. The shadow lies in the middle line in the half of the cases.
2) There are 3 different types of cystogram in the tumor of the uterus. With the cervical tumor there is generally no change in cystogram. On the contrary, with the tumor of uterine body, typical changes have been found in the cystogram, and in the case of the large tumor as big as a pregnant uterus, it shows a typical dish-like shadow.
3) In the ovarian tumor, cystogram is dislocated to the other side and reveals a prominent filling defect on the coresponding side.
