In Japan the interference wave caused by Sporadic-E propagation from neighboring countories'FM broadcasting against TV low channel is serious problem. We developed interference canceling TV receiver for home use. This receiver cancels interference wave more than 30dB, which is pratically adequate for home use in TV reception.
We often have trouble with TV reception interference coused by gigantic buildings which depend on refrection and shadow of TV waves. This Report deal with the methods of prediction and the appropriate countermeasure for TV Reception interference coused by Honshu-Shikoku bridges.
This paper reports the design procedure and critical discussion about the relation between the input impedance and the bandwidth for obtaining the wide band, thin film microwave absorber in the X-band range. Two layered absorber composed of two kinds of non-dispersive dielectric materials were fablicated using the proposed design method, which was checked experimentally to be reasonable. The absorption properties of the microwave absorber of 0.248 cm in thickness and 2.2GH_z in bandwidth centered at 9.4 GH_z is demonsrated as an experimental example.
Our Open Field Test Site for measurement of field strength of radiated emissions from information technology equipments has been worked out by Oki Electric Co., Ltd. on April 1986. The data for uncertainty in the measured value of Electro-Magnetic Emissions (E.M.E.) have been collected as interim report. The report refers to the characteristics of this test site, for example, site attenuation characteristics and E.M.E. characteristics of about 200 test samples of the computing devices.
XY condensers are conrected to the mains terminals of electric and electronic machines for protection from radio interferences. It is sure that if measure the radio interference mains voltage of the ma chines using CISPR's artificial mains network, it will be get good result. But under their actual working condition connected to mains lines, they will be sometime suffered from radio disturbance. If connect the resistance to XY condenser in series, they will protect the machines from all kind of radio interferences.
Laser acupuncture is known to be a kind of the low energy laser therapy that may stimulate the nervous system. This laser therapy is being extensively in clinical use, while the mechanism has not been elucidated. For the establishment of the effectively therapeutic conditions from the engineering standpoint, it is necessary to obtain quantitatively the thermal stimuli produced by the laser acupuncture. From the point of view, this paper presents an ananalytical method of calculating the 3-dimensional distribution of the thermal stress caused by the laser irradiation. The numerical results are also shown.
