ジャーナル フリーDer Verf. teilt über die pathomorphologischen Untersuchungen von den tuberkulösen, Kalk abgelagerten Mesenterialdriisen mit. Die Fällen zählen sich im ganzen sechs von 271 sezierten erwachsenen Lungentuberkulösen. Die Untersuchungen wurde röntgenologisch, pathologisch-anatomisch sowie patho-histologisch angestellt und die Befunde der Primärkomplexen in den Lungen und den Gedärmen verglichen. Die Leiche wurde zuvor mit ca.15 % Formollösung in situ fixiert, in dem sie in die Vena femoralis eingeführt wurden, und durch die von Heller modifizierten Zenkerschen Methode seziert. Mittels der Lupe wurde es den Geschwüren oder den Narben in der Schleimhaut der regionär entsprechenden Darmabschnitten gesucht, wo die Kalkherd-haltigen Mesenterialdrüsen gefunden wurden. Falls die Narbe nicht gefunden wurde, so wurde die zahireichen Stücke aus denselben Regionen für die histologischen Untersuchungen ausgeschnitten. Die Brustorganen samt Pleura parietalis und Halgorganen wurden herausgeholt und frontal in 3 parallelen Scheiben geschnitten, von deren Einzelnen der Röntgenogramm verfertigt wurde. ジャーナル フリーThe following results were obtained by the investigation of the blood of positive tuberculin anergic guinea pigs.
a. No appreciable change is observed in the number of erythrocytes or in haemoglobin content.
b. Total number of leucocytes is increased.
c. Neutrophiles leucocytes decrease in percentage but their absolute number suffers little change.
d. The number of lymphocytes and eosinophiles leucocytes increase appreciably.
e. No notable change in the number of basophilous leucocytes is observed.
f. The number of mononuclear cells increases, if at all, very slightly. These facts suggest that from the observations of blood the positive tuberculin anergic guinea pigs display no unfavourable symptom.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (1056K) -

ジャーナル フリーIf we inject a minute dosis at first and gradually increase the dose of old tuberculin or defatted tubercle bacilli for tuberculous guinea pigs, some of them without causing undue loss of strength become tuberculin-negative by Römer's reaction.
Investigation as to whether the blood plasma of the positive-tuberculin-anergic guinea pigs is able to accelarate the phagocytotic action of leucocytes (Otani's Method used) led to the following conclusions.
a) Blood plasma obtained from the guinea pigs treated either with the defatted tubercle bacilli or old tuberculin have a strong accelarating power over the phagocytotic action.
b) The plasma of guinea pigs treated with defatted tubercle bacilli is a little more powerful than that of guinea pigs treated with old tuberculin.
c) Both blood plasma are however stronger in their action than the blood plasma of allergic guinea pig.
The complement reaction of the sera was studied using the defatted tubercle bacillus as antigen.
The content of the antibody is displayed in the following order:
First, the serum obtained from the positive-tuberculin-anergic guinea pig treated with defatted tubercule bacilli; second, that of the animal treated with old tuber- culin; third, that of allergic tuberculous animal without treatment; and lastly the serum of uninfected guinea pigs have no specific complemental antibody.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (1155K) -
