1. When a certain quantity of tuberculin is injected in a tuberculous rabbit at the proper time, intracutaneous and testicle tuberculin reactions may be observed.
2. The inflammation caused by intracutaneous reaction of the rabbit is very clearly defined and the diameter of the inflamed part (maximum 30 mm) is greater than that of the guinea pig. The hydrops is fairly clear but the infiltration is weak; therefore the remaining reaction is not clear, besides there is little danger of necrosis, i. e., the reaction of the rabbit is slightly weaker than that of the guinea pig.
3. The tuberculin testicle reaction on the rabbit is very similar to that of the guinea pig.
4. The testicle of the rabbit is very convenient for observation because the sack is thin, and the appearance of the clinical symptoms are usually very clear, especially the hydrops.
5. Long concludes that the spermatogonia can not be changed, but the results from the present experiment indicate changes that take place.
6. From the author's experience, it has been proven that occasionally there is a negative reaction even though previous experiments have given positive reactions. In this case the effect of the reaction should be decided from the result of previous reaction. (or reactions ?)
7. In the case of intravenous injection 1/50 mg of bacilli of weak poison the first appearance of the intracutaneous and testicle reactions was observed, Ten days after injection.
8. The quantitative analysis of intracutaneous and testicle reaction has proven that the latter is more sensitive than the former.
