With a view towards grasping the aesthetic relationship between the shape of lower extremities and skirt's length, 120 young men and 44 women of middle-age participated in a sensory test using a semantic differential method (SDM) on the same six subjects as in the part 1. The six subjects, wearing tight skirts of different length, are assessed from the viewpoint of the four twin adjectives ---harmonious in the shape of lower extremities with the skirt's length or not, casual or formal, refined or crude and adult-like or childish. The following results were obtained; rankig of parameters such as harmoniousor not' and `refined or crude' were influenced by the width of lower extremities to a great extent among female participants and the length thereof among male participants and the width thereof up to the ankles for middle-aged females. As for the parameter, casual or formal', smaller lengths of skirts were rated‘casual’, regardless of sex and age. Regardless of age, rating or the parameter, ‘adult-like or childish’was greatly influenced by the skirt's length for female participants and the width of lower extremities by males. Besides, as for the skirt's length, 60 and 70 cm were most highly rated by young males and females and by middle-aged females, respectively.

The color of textiles on CRT is studied by using such values as the luminance L of the typical color phosphors, the mean luminance Loof the other color phosphors, the specific brightness B defined as L/256, and the specific saturation S defined as (L-Lo) /L, and the following results are obtained.
    (1) Regardless of the incident angle to the specimen and the cover factor, there is a linear relation between B and S, and both B and S are in linear relation with the cover factor, L-Locan also be expressed as a quadratic equation of L.
    (2) The ratios of both B and S of one specimen to those of the other specimen having different cover factor are almost constant respectively, regardless of the incident angle to the specimen.
    (3) The above mentioned results are in good agreement with the experimental results obtained by using a computer system and a video camera.
