Rhodomonas sp., the availability of spectrophotometric method of chlorophyll
a was investigated. The amount of Chl.
a was firstly determined by measuring absorbance at 664nm, 624nm wavelengths. After that regression analysis with the amount of Chl.
a and cell density were computed. As a result, a regression equation obtained makes it possible to determine the cell density of
Rhodomonas sp. more easily.
