The main objective in this article is to make clear the transition of the study of the Constitution on the Course of Study. First, the legal problem concerning the Course of Study was examined. We have two sharply divided opinions regarding this problem. One is the opinion that, the Ministry of Education has been asserting strongly, the Course of Study has the legal enforcement. The other is the opinion that, many researcher on the Educational Law have insisted, it is only a document of guide and advice for curricula. In spite of this controversy, we cannot but recognize the important function on the curricula the Course of Study has. And we tried to examine how the study of the Constitution was located on each Course of Study. The main findings as follows: (1) The study of the Constitution has been indicated to be taught simply and in connection with the life experience of the pupil. (2) As time passed, it was gradually neglected. (3) There is the tendency that the Course of Study has attached more importance to the side of the governmental system than the system of human rights. In sum, we think the study of the Constitution should be more related to the principle of the modern civil law.
A question arises in the mathematics education: "What should be a central frame of curriculum of geometry?" As one of the answers, we consider the definition of geometry by using transformation groups introduced by F. Klein from a mathematical point of view, and, the four-group by J. Piaget (INRC group) from a psychological point of view. Then we arrive at the teaching of Euclidean transformation (group). We tried the experiment by using 'slides', 'flips' and 'furns' as transformation tasks and composition tasks, inverse tasks, coordination of viewpoints task and surface development task for elementary school students (from grade 4 to 6). The main finding is that four graders of elementary school at least perform these tasks.

We defined that the learning activities are medium by which the children acquire the instructional contents selected and arranged for the performance of the objectives of music education. Therefore the problem of organizing the instructional contents involves the aspect of the sequence of the activities by which the children acquire the contents, as well as the aspect of the arrangement of the contents. This article has been discussed the principle on the arrangement of learning activities through analyzing each activity in Kodaly Method.
It has been said that the curriculum is organized by four factors; objectives, instructional contents, teaching method, and assessment. Among four, we have defined that the instructional contents are the most important one through a series of studies we have tried. As the instructional contents in relation to subject of music, we have considered rhythm and style to be most significant. In music instruction of school it is not to say that the contents must be given a form to the actual teaching process. Such development of the contents presented just above cannot be attained without establishing children's learning activities. From this point of view, laying focus on the creative activities, we have studied the development of instructional contents and organizing learning activities in this article. Creative activities are effective for the purpose of linking children into closer relations with the contents, besides they will be suitable means which develops children's abilities for musical cognition. When we will reconstruct the curriculum in music education, the development of the contents based on this activity will give us a meaningful suggestion. It is to be desired that each example in this article will assist teachers in planning their class.
