A recent increase of VTR commercial tapes causes inconvenience of custody and management of these tapes. Many man-hours are necessary in order to search for the required tapes and also the data management is time concerning as well, In order to eliminate the above mentioned task, we developed a management system for VTR commercial tapes. With this system, we can easily search and VTR tape and also can confirm and necessary data of ail tapes immediately.
This system will protect careless mistakes that are caused by improper settings of the VTR tape. The broadcasting schedule data from EDP will be indicated on the monitor of the personal computer of this system. In addition, the content or preset VTR tapes will be indicated on the VTR monitor. Thus an operator can easily check the preset condition of the VTR tapes and therefor compare the stand-by condition with the broadcasting schedule.
