A Saturday drama "Kitayama Ippei I Love Life" which is a 90 minutes program produced with location only, was televised by the NHK General TV on September 10,1994.The post-production of this program was done at the CD-807 dubbing studio equipped with all digital sound facility and DAW, Digital Audio Workstation. This paper describes this post-production employing DAW mainly and processing with all-digital equipments.
This paper discusses a 16:9 aspect ratio, 525-line, progressive scanning television camera. This camera employs a newly developed Multiple Frame-Interline-Transfer (M-FIT) CCD and employs digital processing technologies. Although picture quality is high, the cost of this camera is not far different from conventional interlace cameras. This paper deals with the M-FIT CCD, the digital signal processing, the transmission of progressive signals, and applications that make good use of the high quality progressive signals.

This paper describes an inspection report of a domestic Communication Satellite system, which is using a digital transmission technology. The inspection started at December '93 and it finished at March ' 94. The contents of the inspection are a picture quality, a link budget for broadcasting use, a cover area, and an operational method.
