Effects of several antihistaminics such as promethazine, triplennamine and pandryl-p, on the end-plate potential and action potential comparing with that of d-tubocurarine and decamethonium were studied electrophysiologically using sciatic-sartorius preparation of toads and phrenic-diaphragm preparation of rats by the Ozawa's insulation method. The following results were obtained :
    1) When Sciatic-sartorius preparation of toads were used, by the administration of the antihistaminics the action potential decreased gradually and finally disappeared completely and thereafter the end plate potential appeared markedly which were the same as the case of d-tubocurarine and decamethonium.
    2) When the phrenic-diaphragm preparation of rat was used, by the administration of d-tubocurarine almost the same effects were observed as the previous experiment, while by the administration of decamethonium, the latent period was prolonged remakably and the action potential did not disappeared which was followed to the end-plate potential.
    3) In case of promethazine and pandryl-p almost the same effects were observed as the case of decamethonium.

Using glucose as the diffusive substance, vitamin C as the active transferable substance, effects of alloxan on blood aqueous barrier of albino rabbits followed by the time were measured.
    1) I found in injection of alloxan that the sugar levels of aqueous humor were increased in proportion to the sugar levels of blood in comparative hypoglycemia, but the former did not increase in proportion to the latter in hyperglycemia more than 400 mg/dl. It was not observed only in this experiment whether the passive transferable functions were damaged or not by alloxan.
    2) There were no remarkable damages on the active transferable function of vitamin C in injection of alloxan (100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg)
    3) It might be that the injection of 100 mg/kg of alloxan did not influence the penetration of glucose and vitamin C into the lens capsel.

A case of left ovarian dermoidcyst of 50 year old female which has showed partially malignant change was reported.
The tumor was removed surgically and weighing 480 gm., sized 10×8×7 cm..
Histopathological findings showed squamous cell carcinoma.
The squamous cell carcinoma originating from ovarian dermoidcyst is rare and only 37 cases could be reviewed in the Japanese literature.
A few relevant literature were reviewed.
