Very high resolution video system such as 4K/8K enables super close view, and, such very short distance causes significant different view in a picture. This effect is more significant in the closer viewing. Therefore, uniform coding for a picture may not be always best. To realize this matter, we have three kinds of coding control methods. The simple method is spatial filtering as the preprocessing of the coding. This method does not impact to decoding. The significant method is the conversion of image itself using the variable resampling. This method may be effective, because it can reduce the number of pixels to be coded with the expence of heavy processing power. The quantization control based on the viewing performance which gives flat sujective picture qualty on the screen may be most retional method. We compare these methods about the reductionof the bit rate inconsideration of the processing power.
