I have studied the various prevesical radiograms in normal persons and urological patients, injecting “Sugiuron” radiopaque dye) diluted twice as much by physiological saline into the prevesical space.
    1) In the normal bladder, when the bladder is empty, the prevesical radiogram is emerged as a symmetrized crescent-shape with a downward convex surface around the symphisis ossium pubis, and when iilled, it comes into sight as a round ring figure.
    2) In the tuberculous bladder, when the capacity of bladder is 200cc or more, the prevesical radiogram is alomost same with a normal bladder, but when it is lesa than 200cc, I recognized the radiograms as follows.
    a) when capacity is 100-200cc, the upper brim is apt to be in disorder.
    b) when capacity is 100cc or less, the upper brim is unsymmetrized convex and the contrast medium stays plentifully in the side of affected kindney.
    3) In the bladder tumor, if the tumor grows up to a certain size, a lacune is noticed at the tumid part in empty bladder, and if the tumor is malignanti, the ring figure is crooked remarkably in full bladder.
    4) In the prostatic hypertrophy the prevesical radiogram appears to be a symmetrized spindel figure and a lacune caused by the hypertrophied prostate is recognized in empty bladder.

    (1) The effect of normal bladder stimulation towards the normal kidney (396 cases): The oliguria (16.6%) was observed in the same frequency with the normal reno-renal reflex and The uretero-renal reflex, and its degree as well as its coatinuation was very similar with the renorenal reflex. But it was different from the above mentioned two other reflexes, that the oliguria occured most frequently with the positive pressure, remarkably less frequently with the caustic soda, and that the polyuria was observed in higher percentage (4.3%) especially with the negative pressure.
    (2) The effect of stimulation of non tuberculous inflammatory bladder towards normal kidney (287 cases): The oliguria was found a little more frequently (18.8%), higher in degree and shorter in continuance than in case of (1). It was very obviously observed in case of bladder capacity 150 300cc and more evidently in acute cystitis than in chronic cystitis. The polyuria occured less frequently than in case of (1).
    (3) The effect of tuherculous bladder stimulation towards the normal kidney (358 cases): In the initial tuberculosis bladder, the oliguria was observed in higher percentage (27.8%), higher in degree and shorter in continuance than in case of (2). The polyuria was also a little more frequently (3.7%). In the heavier tuberculous bladder no polyuria was observed and the oliguria occured less frequently (12.3%) and slighter in degree than in case of (1).
