Case 2. A 24-year-old woman had flat, elevated, yellow-brown and moderatly firm papules in right epigastrium since childhood. This group occupied linear area and had no coalesce.

The principle histologic evidence of these three cases is changes of collagen bundles, thicker and coarser, and haphazard arrangement of them from mid-dermis down into the subcutaneous tissue. Elastic fibers did not show remarkable changes, but partially fragmentation and shortness of fibers. In the case 2, there were the structures composed of basal cells in collagen bundles, regard as basal cell nevus and atrophic sweat glands. Dilatation and overgrowth of capillaries are also seen in the case 3.
