ジャーナル 認証ありCase 1. A 19-year-old woman had many white-yellow colored plaques of various sizes, just like wheals, in lumbar region. These were known to have been present since the age of 14 and gradually increasing in size and number.
Case 2. A 24-year-old woman had flat, elevated, yellow-brown and moderatly firm papules in right epigastrium since childhood. This group occupied linear area and had no coalesce.
Case 3. A 17-year-old woman was noted a nodule in parietal region at firth. Firm, white-yellow, small papules, coalescing to form a nodule.
The principle histologic evidence of these three cases is changes of collagen bundles, thicker and coarser, and haphazard arrangement of them from mid-dermis down into the subcutaneous tissue. Elastic fibers did not show remarkable changes, but partially fragmentation and shortness of fibers. In the case 2, there were the structures composed of basal cells in collagen bundles, regard as basal cell nevus and atrophic sweat glands. ジャーナル 認証ありA case of leukemic reticulosarcoma on 35 year-old man was reported. About 4 months ago he noticed the small tumor on his chest wall, and it has been enlarging in spite of the treatment. When he visited our clinic, the tumor was goose-egg-sized and had hard consistence. Lymphnodes, liver and spreen were not touched. Histopathologic specimen of the tumor was suggested reticulosarcoma. The atypical large cells were recognized in the peripheral blood. The tumor was removed and the treatment was done by use of corticosteroids, endoxan, 6MP, vincristine and bleomycin, but all of them were not effected.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (1419K) -

ジャーナル 認証ありA case of granuloma annulare appearing on 52 year-old male was presented. The multiple eruptions have appeared on both legs and forearms 1.5years ago. Each eruption was ring-formed and had brown-red color with sharply demarked border. Histologically, the typical change on subcutaneous connective tissue was observed. Treatment was done by topical application of corticosteroid and anti-tuberculosis drugs, but the lesions were not improved. ジャーナル 認証ありA 27-year-old man of chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis with verrucous nodule and crusted granulomatous skin lesions which were seen on the scalp, ears and lips, was reported. Ten cases of Candida granuloma (Hauser-Rothman) which have been reported in the Japanese literature, were summarized. Differences among the present case, Candida granuloma (Hauser-Rothman) and localized hyperkeratotic type of cutaneous candidiasis were described. The present case was successfully treated with Clotrimazole (BAY b 5097). The possibility that splenectomy played a role in the pathogenesis of the present case was stated. ジャーナル 認証ありBy using electron microscopy, the fine structures of granules of mast cells were studied. Biopsy specimens were taken from three normal and four urticaria pigmentosa patients. Methods of the fixation to keep the fine structures of granules were double fixations, which consists of glutaraldehyde and osmic acid with isotonic sucrose solutions. Normal human mast cell granules had almost lamellae and in part the fine or coarse substances in the matrix of granules. In urticaria pigmentosa, granules had scanty lamellae, or absent. By conglobating the fine granules, the coarse granules were formed. Acid phosphostase activities were recognized in fine and coarse granules, but were negative in lamellar structures. As the results, it was concluded that acid phosphatase was active in immature granules and negative in mature granules.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (2393K) -

ジャーナル 認証ありA case of adenoid type of basal cell carcinoma on the right cheek of 63-year-old man, was reported, and electron microscopic observation was performed on the lesion. On the lesion of adenoid type of basal cell carcinoma, the parenchymal cells revealed as same findings as on the lesion of solid type of basal cell carcinoma. ジャーナル 認証ありTwenty-seven patients with facial acne vulgaris were topically received with an ointment containing 0.5% a triensteroid of antiandrogenic compound and significant improvement was recognized in 77% of the patients. The replacement sum of skin surface lipid was determined by cup method for each patient. The replacement sum in acne patients was obviously increased in comparison with that of normal persons and widely varied among the patients. Only a slight decrease in replacement sum was observed during the application of this compound, but no correlation between application duration and the level of surface lipid was seen. Thus, it is considered that this antiandrogenic compound improves acne vulgaris through suppression in hyperplasia and dilatation of sebaceous gland and consequent smoothing the sebum flow, not direct suppression of sebum secretion.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (4338K)

L-DOPA was very effective in 3 cases, effective in 10 cases, slightly effective in 7 cases and ineffective in 18 cases.
