A case of hepatic artery aneurysm in a 78 year-old female is reported. She was admitted to our hospital with chief complaint of epigastric discomfort and jaundice. Laboratory findings showed obstructive jaundice and inflammation. Abdominal plain film revealed a calcification in diameter of 1.7×1.2cm. According to Upper GI series and PTC, the calcification had no relation to upper GI tract, common bile duct and gallbladder. Angiographic examination disclosed hepatic artery aneurysm with calcification on hepatic artery division of coeliac artery. Hepatic artery aneurysm is rare. This is the 14th case reported in Japanese literature according to our survey.
